Returns & Refund Policy
At Scenery Coffee, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only accept returns on non-coffee merchandise and brewing equipment within 30 days of purchase. If your coffee beans arrive damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please reach out to our support team for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the items you wish to return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible gear.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
